Specialising in moving and manipulating air
Secomak understands air, with over 90 years of developing solutions for complex applications, including industrial blowing and heating, boosting gas pressure, and drying beverage packaging.
Secomak’s expert knowledge dates to 1930. Since then, the company has produced products for the packaging, bottling and filling industries, the pressure boosting and construction industries, and various heating and cooling operations.
If a problem can be resolved using air and/or heat, then Secomak has probably had a solution for it over the years.
Gas Boosters
Powered by an electric motor, Secomak gas boosters provide an effective and efficient method to boost supply gas pressure locally. Designed for situations when the mains gas pressure is too low to operate the desired appliances such as Burners, Boilers, CHP’s, Ovens, and Furnaces, to name a few.
The centrifugal design gives high performance from their small physical size, occupying less space whilst providing a lower power consumption than equivalent direct drive boosters.
HV Fans
The Secomak range of high-velocity fans is designed to provide low volume, high-pressure airflow up to 48 in.wg at 900m³/hr. Each model has variations for higher pressure or volume requirements.
The Secomak range of HV Blowers has been specially developed to deliver maximum performance yet ensure smooth air delivery across the whole of the performance curve. A conventional blower with a similar output to the 587 would be almost three times its physical size. Designed for continuous and virtually maintenance-free running, the Turbo Blower can operate in ambient temperatures up to 40 C. Its simple belt arrangement and large impeller give excellent reliability while its relatively low fan speed ensures longer life. All units come complete with a stainless steel enclosure to reduce noise levels to a minimum. An intake filter is available for clean air applications.
Centrifugal Fans
The Secomak range of direct drive centrifugal fans and blowers are designed to provide high volume air flow up to 2200m³/hr. The fans are designed to easily integrate into any current system, but are especially suited to the Secomak range of air process heaters if a high volume of hot air is required.
