Thermal Comfort
We provide technologies that optimize heating, ventilation, and air condition control systems to decrease energy costs and improve thermal comfort. We supply a range of Air Heating and Cooling, Commercial Hot Water Boilers and Radiant Infrared Heating Boilers for indoor, outdoor, domestic, commercial, industrial and process applications.
SkyBlade Fans High Volume Low-Speed Fans are specially designed to move more air at lower operating speeds. They don't just look cool; they deliver top efficiency to heating and cooling systems by reducing their run time and cycles and improving overall occupant comfort and morale.
Our industry-leading radiant infrared high and low-intensity heating products are an efficient way to heat large open indoor areas such as factories, warehouses, restaurants, breweries, multi-purpose halls and other commercial and industrial buildings. All our products are energy-efficient and effective at producing consistent heat.
AIR HEATING AND COOLING
The air heating range covers units from small commercial Warm Air Furnaces (Unit Heaters) to floor-located Cabinet Heaters using oil, gas or waste oil burners. For cooling and destratification, we offer SkyBlade high volume low speed fans and Combat destratification fans, saving energy and improving overall comfort.
Destratification fans improve heating system efficiency in large high bay open workshop/warehouse areas by returning warm air down to working level and reducing heat losses through the roof structure. When running at the optimum air change rate, savings of up to 20% can be achieved on heating costs. Fans may also be used for process applications where product temperature can be reduced under a steady airflow.
The Combat HVE range of fans is primarily designed for installation in high bay applications to return warm air down to ground level [destratification]. Natural convection increases the temperature gradient with any conventional warm air heating system. This results in the ambient temperature at the apex of the roof being more significant than the required design temperature in the occupied zone at floor level. By using a system of destratification fans, the hot air in the roof space is directed down to the required area, thus reducing the heating load. Fans are supplied with built-in thermostats to allow for automatic stop-start operation when the temperature at the fan location rises 3°C above the set point. Complete fan information and selection/sizing information is included in the product brochure.
For applications where cooling is also a factor, consider SkyBlade HVLS fans.
Buying industry and commercial equipment like fan heaters are expensive, which is why you want to make sure that you invest in equipment that’ll last.
With an unshakeable dedication toward fairness of prices and quality of products, Hurll Nu-Way has established itself as one of the leading application partners in Australia. We provide only the best industrial fan heaters to commercial and industrial spaces across Australia and worldwide.
Our range of industrial fan heaters
The Combat range of indirect air heaters includes Warm Air Furnaces, ranging from 24 up to 400 MJ output, and Cabinet Heaters, ranging from 160 up to 1000 MJ. Appliances are either fan-assisted [Furnaces] or forced draft [Cabinet].
A tubular steel heat exchanger system is used in the Warm Air Furnaces, achieving up to 90% thermal efficiency, and the units may be operated on Natural Gas or LPG. A range of styles is available, ranging from suspended room discharge through to full 'in-duct' models.
At Hurll Nu-Way, we pride ourselves on the wide range of our products. We also stock a range of durable infrared heating equipment!
Tailor your heating with cabinet heaters
Our cabinet heaters are available with Gas fired; Diesel fired or Waste Oil fired burners. Cabinet style may be vertical, horizontal or weatherproof, and units have a standard drum and tube heat exchanger. For special custom applications, drum and tube heat exchangers are also available.
Unit fan heaters
Save floorspace with a durable ceiling suspended industrial fan heater. Available in various sizes, you are sure to heat up rooms of multiple sizes efficiently and reliably. With both free-blowing and duct connection capabilities, this heater allows for a range of customisations to better suit your heating needs.
Roberts-Gordon Combat Cabinet Heaters are free-standing indirect fired units suitable for most industrial and commercial applications with a large range of heat outputs and burner options. Nine basic model sizes can be fitted with bolt-on package burners for operation on Natural or LP Gases, oil or waste oil. Units are available in horizontal or vertical configurations and for external locations. Various control and air discharge systems are available.
Brochure
Unit heaters are available in a range of sizes from 7.1 kW Output up to 111 kW Output.
The CTCU range is compact low, output units, available in 6 sizes from 7 up to 32 kW and are designed to be ceiling suspended and for free blowing applications. Units are fitted with axial fans and cannot be ducted.
The CTU range are larger units from 23 up to 111 kW [10 models] and are available as 4 versions: A units have axial fans for free blowing applications; B units have centrifugal fans and can be either free blowing or connected to duct work. C units have duct connections at the front and rear for installation in a section of ducting, and the D models are supplied without a fan for use in ducting with air supply from existing or other sources.

Why our outdoor gas heaters?
The GM series is best suited for operation in commercial and industrial premises. SBM heaters can warm areas of up to 40m2, making them an economical choice for even the largest premises. They can be used to heat warehouses, workshops, garages, and auto repairs and allow applying the heat when and where it is needed. They are built to last over 20 years and are a great alternative to conventional outdoor patio gas heaters.
The commercial standard GM series has a powder-coated foldaway steel trolley suitable for up to 45kg cylinders. The heater is supplied in kit form with trolley, hose assembly with adjustable gas pressure regulator. Three models are available – GM12SPC, GM16SPC using the 4 and 5 tile ceramic tile assemblies. All models are approved for outdoor applications when shielded from rain and wind speed more than 15 kph and can also be used on patios, verandahs, and outdoor cafe areas.
