Lanemark FDGA Burner
Based on the proven FDC design, FDGA burners utilise Lanemark’s APL technology. Variable combustion air fan speed control and modulating mono-bloc gas valve technology ensure that safe and efficient gas/air ratios are maintained even under changeable plant operating conditions. Units offer a choice of operation on natural gas or propane and are particularly suitable for direct-fired operations.
Featuring Lanemark’s highly innovative ‘Air Pressure Lead’ (APL) technology, all FDGA series burners offer an excellent combination of combustion efficiency and emissions control.
The compact design can be readily installed in various oven and dryer facilities and reflects Lanemark’s commitment to building quality, performance and economical operation.
Each FDGA packaged burner includes the following:
- a) Burner windbox
- b) Combustion air fan
- c) Manual sliding air adjustment damper
- d) Compact monoblock air/gas regulator valve train
- e) Burner control panel (including combustion air fan speed controller)
Standard control items include a burner controller, ignition transformer and differential air pressure switch. Two 3-way air valves perform safety checks on the air pressure switch in both open and closed modes each time the burner fires, allowing the independent operation of the combustion air fan in conjunction with oven/dryer main recirculation fans.
