Maximising process burner energy efficiency, optimising control and enhancing environmental performance is central to the success of Lanemark Combustion Engineering. Since the 1980s, our leading role in gas-fired process heating applications – from manufacturing production lines to petrochemical facilities – has seen many thousands of Lanemark burners installed worldwide.
From design, manufacturing and supply to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support, we fulfil process liquid, oven and air heating needs for both new-build and conversion projects.
Additionally, Lanemark BurnerCare underpins confidence in burner performance with support packages that can encompass maintenance schedules, remote diagnostics, extensive spare availability, and dedicated service engineers' skills.
Tank Heating
A wide range of process liquids can be heated accurately and consistently with the Lanemark TX series of small-diameter immersion tube gas-fired burner systems. A choice of seven models is available with heat inputs ranging from 45 kW to 1150 kW, each designed to optimise heat-up times and maintain liquids within target temperature parameters to ensure process efficiency is optimised.
Air Heating Burners
Excellent efficiency and control when heating large volumes of air are key benefits of the Lanemark air heating burner range.
A long list of installations – ranging from paint spray booths, ceramic industry dryers and crop drying, as well as an extensive number of air replacement/make-up air facilities, typically found in factories, warehouses and distribution centres – all gain from the specialist Lanemark technology
Oven and Dryer Burners
Maximum efficiency with minimum emissions are key characteristics of the Lanemark FD range of oven and dryer burners. A choice of burner designs and specifications ensures each installation is matched to precise operational needs with high turndown capability – up to 40:1 – at the heart of both control and optimised energy usage.
