The Secomak Air Knife are the most efficient method of removing or controlling unwanted or foreign substances on any surface.
Versatile in applications, they can remove broken glass from the conveyor lines, or drying and cooling delicate glassine paper. They are powerful enough to dry the vehicle and sensitive enough to dry fine wire.
Apart from industrial processing and manufacturing, air knives are also broadly used in bottling, canning and packaging industries for food and beverage production. Cleaning and drying fruit and vegetables are also done with their help.
Secomak Air Knives are more cost-effective than compressed air nozzles, saving up to 85% in running costs. They are easy to install and require minimum maintenance.
The Secomak air knife is available in two cross-sectional sizes, 75mm and 25mm. This is the diameter of the air entry spigot. The maximum length of the 75mm air knife is 2200 mm, and the maximum length of the 25mm air knife is 500mm. Units over 1000mm in length have air entry at both ends.
Linear & Compressed Air Knives
Compressed air knives, nozzles and fans are ideal for drying, cleaning, cooling, ventilating or extracting in all kinds of process, food and manufacturing applications. They use a small volume of compressed air and are quiet and affordable.
Power Nozzle
Secomak's power nozzles are designed to complement the existing range of air knives. The Power Nozzle is powered by low-pressure, high-velocity air from Secomak's fans and blowers and is ideal for stripping liquids and particulate matter from various surfaces.
Modular Drying Systems
Modular air knife drying systems from Secomak are designed to fit over a client's own conveyor and guide system. They are used by food and beverage manufacturers to solve diverse drying problems, such as drying for date coding, label application, final packing, shrink sleeves, vision inspection, and drying ring pulls & seals.
